Recent activityJust drafted a letter for a Visa 10.4 dispute against a returning subscription customer.

Bespoke.

For chargebacks of $10,000 or more.

What is Bespoke?

A payments consultant with at least 10 years in the industry takes your case, from the first call to the finished letter. Scope and price are agreed before anything is written.

Why a large dispute is different

A $50,000 claim is not reviewed the way a $50 one is. What settles it is contractual: what was agreed, when it changed, what the customer received and went on using. Eligibility under Compelling Evidence 3.0 or First-Party Trust changes the argument before a word of it is written, and the issuer's deadline runs whether or not your records are ready.

The process

A consultant calls to hear what was sold and which records exist, then returns a written scope: what will decide the case, the evidence to carry it, and the cost. You agree it. They build the evidence with you and write the letter, and you submit it through your own processor.

What does it cost?

Each case is scoped and priced individually. You see the number before any work begins.

Tell us about the case.

Give a consultant enough to read the case before calling. Do not include the full card number.

A few lines on the transaction and the customer.

There is no charge for the call.
